What's a schnecken? I mean I know it's a snail in German, but what is it in this context?

It's a frosted cinnamon sweet-roll. 'Snail' is exactly how it got its name - the sweet yeast dough is rolled and cut into slices, and when it's baked it resembles a snail:)
