This is something s/he could only do to other races, because on Briria everyone is like hir. And s/he told the truth when s/he said that s/he tries very hard not to do these things. S/he's a Starfleet ensign and all s/he wants is to be "one of the guys". But it's hard when s/he makes said guys (and girls) permanently horny, without even meaning it.
