I hope so! The idea about the driving ban only occurred to be last night while I was working on the scene. I had been trying to think why innocent Kit had become involved and suddenly it appeared to me when Eddie was leaning on the bar.

I think sometimes when the end of the story approaches the brain starts getting creative about getting there, and comes up with really brilliant ideas that it would have been nice to have had from the start. This sounds like an excellent plot move!
