I wrote most of a walk report (finished on the bus this morning) from Middlesbrough to the coast at Redcar.

It could have been very dull along here, with nothing to look at but the different fences at the backs of the different yards, and it in winter it probably would have been - but now it was full of flowers and butterflies, brown Ringlets with white edges, Speckled Woods with yellow spots, and bright red flying ones which when they settled down became mostly-blueish-grey Cinnabar moths.

I like that description! Seemingly simple, but the colour and those lovely old-fashioned names paint a lovely picture of countryside :)
