Since Yuletide assignments aren't out yet, I thought that today I'd tinker with revising some old fanfic prompts, or maybe write a drabble just to warm up the writing brainz.

Instead the germ of an original short story sprouted in my head and I wrote 850 words of it!

I'm very pleased and intend to take this as a good omen for the month. :)
