He's a mix of Avon and Jenna? No. I just liked the last name, Stannis. Though...Jenna and Avon were the most similar on the ship. At times, Jenna sounded just like Avon and a couple of times, she was actually more scathing about Blake than Avon was.
Oh, yes. I do like the characters they created. They gave them great skills and history. Unfortunately they didn't seem to know how to develop them as strong characters in the stories.
