When a man says she deserves better you know he's about to run :) Destiny is a harsh mistress I see, maybe he should have thought about right and wrong before he got her pregnant!

Well, to Lancelot's defence, he was seriously tricked. He thoguht he'd be spending a night with Gwen/Guinevere, while it was, in fact, Princess Elena, put under a transformation spell by the Dame Brisen (all canon stufff, BTW). She was supposed to have a baby with Lancelot, but Lance was so fixed on Gwen that he wouldn't knock her off otherwise, so it isn't really his fault.

Yeah, but I'm not going to give him points for wanting to dally with a married woman.

Well, at this point Gwen isn't married yet. And in the TV-show she keeps making cow eyes at both guys.
