406 today. A bit workaday, but I'm working in some plot points at last. I fear you'll have to do without an extract, as I can't find one that's not entirely spoilerific...

Indeed! It's all too easy to let this lot natter on to no particular purpose, and forget what they're meant to be doing. Sometimes that means that the plot outline didn't work, but sometimes just putting one's authorial foot down and saying 'Do this!' seems to be the best solution.
