And has the difference between the names any meaning?
I have decided that Time Lord names are a bit like Ent names; they change with the experiences of the person. Hence one of the reasons why they normally never use their real names - they're too long. The first version of her name she gives here indicates that she's the President of the Time Lords, but that's no longer true, hence the shorter version she emends it to. When we were first introduced to Romana, she was Romanadvoratrelundar. I added the "tetik" on the end as an indication that this Romana is older, more experienced. But this is all my own ideas, not supported by canon.
