Adrian is his first name. Bryce has been very lax about how he refers to Adrian when he was onboard the exploration vessel and Adrian didn't care about rank or military custom so Bryce has got away with it. But Bryce can't any longer on the new ship.

Is Bryce is first or last name in that case? I assume Kali just has one.

Is there going to be a Gan analogue, or any others?

Bryce is his last name. Kali's name is Kali Tranton. Adrian is Adrian Stannis.

There will be a couple of other ones, not all regulars and plus some of my OCs from the other story.

He's a mix of Avon and Jenna? I got confused and thought Yuen was Yuen Stannis. :-P

What's Bryc's first name? I'd have thought if he used Adrian's, he'd reciprocate.

No. I just liked the last name, Stannis. Though...Jenna and Avon were the most similar on the ship. At times, Jenna sounded just like Avon and a couple of times, she was actually more scathing about Blake than Avon was.

She was a very cool and logical person, rather like Soolin was later. I like the name too.

Oh, yes. I do like the characters they created. They gave them great skills and history. Unfortunately they didn't seem to know how to develop them as strong characters in the stories.
