LOL at Illya's teasing! Still, that temperature is scary; exposed skin can lose feeling and get damaged before they realise it. Where are they (Siberia? Antarctic?) and why? :-)
It's a communicator conversation. Napoleon is of course comfortably ensconced in NY. Illya is in Yakutsk, Siberia. Thrush is interested in the diamond mines there, but that's just background, IK gets to leave Siberia quickly.
Illya is actually a cold weather specialist in canon. God only knows how people live in those temperatures.
